Permission to use photographs and video footage

I understand that Bandai Namco wishes to collect and use photographs featuring me, and if I am an individual with a child/children, my child/children, of whom I confirm I am the parent or guardian, for the purposes set out below.

Bandai Namco will only use the full name of a person appearing in a photograph / film where necessary and will never include personal contact details in its printed materials, on its website or in the media.

By completing this form you are:
• giving permission for Bandai Namco to photograph / film you;
• waiving any rights that you may have in the resulting images; and
• giving your irrevocable consent for Bandai Namco to use any resulting images for any purpose, including, but not limited to:
• in printed materials (for example leaflets)
• on the websites; or
• in the media
• on social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & X or any social media channels
